Conclusion: In vivo FTP SUVRs correlated best with AT8, which captures tangles and neuropil threads, in Case2
with more severe AD pathology. ROI-wise analyses suggest that FTP-PET is insensitive at low histological burden,
with regional variations (e.g. less sensitivity in MTL) while voxel-wise FTP measures are noisy and fail to reflect
high histological burden.
