Results: In all Braak ROIs, we found positive correlations between the SUVR values of the four tracers (Fig.2). The
strongest correlation was between [18F]MK6240 and [18F]RO948 in Braak II (r=0.89), and the weakest between
[18F]MK6240 and [18F]AV1451 in VI (r=0.62). At the ROI level, the worst agreement coefficients were observed in
Braak II and I-II, and the best in Braak III (Fig.3A-B). Unweighted agreement among the four tracers regarding the
latest abnormal stage was poor (Fig.3C). For both frameworks, weighted agreement was substantial when
considering all tracers. Pairwise weighted agreement varied from moderate to substantial in the traditional and
from moderate to nearly perfect in the simplified framework.
