Conclusions: Plasma p-tau217 and p-tau181 Lumipulse G1200 immunoassays showed high discriminative
performance in identifying AD PET A´ and tau pathology. Their ease of use and high diagnostic accuracy make
them promising candidates for clinical implementation.
