Results. In the smallest required sample (10 amyloid-negative, 15 AD), conversion error reached 1.7 CL at CL=25
and 3.4CL at CL=100. Error was halved when including 50 amyloid-negative and 100 AD participants (Figure-1B).
Lower image resolution, while using the same SUVR-to-CL conversion equation, was associated with a
systematic underestimation of Centiloids in highly positive scans: a scan with 100CL estimated from the 7 mmFWHM resolution scans would be quantified as 94CL and 85CL when downgraded to 8mm and 10mm FWHM,
respectively (Figure-2B).
