Conclusion: Amyloid-PET harmonization efforts could be improved by using larger than the minimally required
validation datasets, especially by including a greater number of AD patients. Image resolution significantly
impacts Centiloids in amyloid-positive scans and should be considered when interpreting data from different
scanners.
